Chana graduated Cum Laude from Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. She brings over two decades of experience in customer service and a strong background in banking to her role at Key Advisors Wealth Management, where she has been a valued team member since August 2011.
As Director of Operations at the firm’s Dover office, Chana is instrumental in overseeing daily operations, managing client service initiatives, processing new and existing business, and coordinating events. Her leadership ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and team members.
Beyond her professional role, Chana is deeply involved in community service. She has led the annual charity event for the Ferris Family Foundation for six consecutive years, raising funds for the Greater Dover Boys and Girls Club and the Delaware United Veterans Group. She was also an active member of Gals That Give, a philanthropic organization in Dover, DE.
Chana is married to the love of her life, and together they are the proud parents of three wonderful children. In her free time, she enjoys creating lasting memories with family and friends
