February 14, 2024: Did you buy the dip?

The KEY Team bought India not domestic equities due to concern with the interest rate move.   Currently Eddie and the Team are being patient on the domestic side waiting for inflation data. The KEY Team thinks this is the start of another buyable dip.

In Eddies opinion the bond market is more important than what the Fed does.  The TEAM is focusing on the Treasury moves and the 10 year, along with what the FED does.

Eddie and the KEY TEAM are more fully invested this year and buying dips.

KEY POV:  This is the start of a buyable dip, you have to be in the right places, timing is critical.

December 13, 2023- Eddie Ghabour on FOX Business with Stuart Varney

Market poised to stay strong for this month.

Varney starts the interview with the Fed. “When do you think the Fed will actually cut rates?”  Eddie believes the soonest rate cuts will come is this summer.

Eddie goes on to note the Bond market signals its pricing it in sooner. The interview continues with Stuart questioning when will the KEY Team begin to buy stocks?  The team is looking to the first quarter but continues to be patient & cautious.

Varney presses Eddie on missing the rally but Eddie points out that “timing matters” and many stocks are still not at the highs when the KEY Team sold.

What is Fiduciary?

Definition: involving trust, especially in a situation where a person or company controls money or property belonging to others

(Source: Oxford Dictionary)

Are KEY Advisors' Fiduciaries?

Yes, we are!

We manage our clients’ money and are legally obligated to act in their best interest.

But we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We use the same principles to invest our own money, so we're taking “when you do better, we do better” to a whole new level.
