The KEY Team’s opinion is we are still in a bear market and that we will have another credit event. Rates have soared too fast for businesses to be able to react. Regional banks are not investable in our opinion. KEY Wealth believes currently Commercial Real Estate is one of the worse sectors. In addition, carrying the cost of debt and cost of capital is one of the biggest problems right now.

Eddie and the KEY TEAM are about 20% invested right now. "We are right where we want to be."

What we’re seeing is very typical of a Bear Market Bounce and not surprising to see a year-end rally. Currently the KEY TEAM is staying patient for opportunities next year.

KEY POV: Eddie respectfully disagrees with people that think we are going to get aggressive rate cuts, no recession and double digit earnings growth next year.
